连锁海鲜餐厅Red Lobster正在进行破产程序，未来几天内会再关闭二十多家餐厅。
最近的一份法庭文件显示，Red Lobster将在8月31日星期六之前，再关闭23家门店的租赁合同，这些门店将加入该公司今年夏天早些时候关闭的100多家餐厅行列。关闭完成后，这家连锁餐厅将仅剩约500家门店，与去年时的650家门店相比大幅下降。
Red Lobster正在将自身出售给Fortress Credit Corp.，这是一家拥有餐厅管理经验的贷款机构，旗下还拥有Krystal、Logan’s Roadhouse和J. Alexander’s等品牌。Fortress最近向这家海鲜连锁餐厅提供了一笔1亿美元的贷款，以帮助其维持运营。
本周一，Fortress宣布，一旦Red Lobster结束破产程序，将任命P.F. Chang’s前首席执行官Damola Adamolekun为新任CEO。Adamolekun在P.F. Chang’s担任了四年CEO，并于2023年8月离职。
