之前在超市买了只日本小南瓜,放了好几天也没做,赶着👻👻Halloween想不如点南瓜派之类的东西应景。
翻了下厨房剩余食材,突发奇想做了个南瓜麻薯红豆起酥包。名字有点长,嗯,其实我就是在堆食材起菜名👩🏻🍳烤好后给朋友尝,反馈意见居然出奇的好,不爱吃甜食的先生居然都一口气吃了两个。香糯的南瓜麻薯配着蜜红豆和软酥的起酥皮,让人欲罢不能。做法很简单,总共不过一小时左右,拿来给大家分享下💁🏻

1 . 小南瓜去皮去瓤切块上蒸锅蒸 (≈10-15min)

2. 蒸熟的南瓜加适量牛奶打成糊(蒸熟后的南瓜水分很大,加入牛奶的量根据南瓜湿度决定,达成的糊以能缓慢流动为准)

3. 将糯米粉,淀粉和糖混合均匀,加入南瓜糊搅拌均匀

4. 将搅拌好的南瓜糊上蒸锅蒸熟 (≈15min)
5. 趁蒸好的南瓜麻薯余热加入室温软化黄油,搅拌均匀

1. 起酥皮切方块略擀平到1.5倍面积大小
2. 起酥皮+蜜红豆+南瓜麻薯+起酥皮 组合起来
👻👻👻(Halloween Special 做法 — 起酥皮+蜜红豆+南瓜麻薯+一片海苔+扣划了鬼脸的起酥皮 组合起来)
3. 四边沾水压紧

1. 烤箱预热到400°F(≈205°C)
2. 起酥包垫油纸放烤盘上入烤箱烤15min

1. 蜜红豆不能太湿,以半颗粒半沙状态为最好
2. 烘焙鬼脸起酥可以在表面用毛刷刷一层蛋黄液
