材料:
无盐牛油 100g (unsalted butter)
奶油干酪100g (cream cheese)
牛奶 130ml (milk)
蛋白13个 (egg white)
蛋黄8个 (egg yolk)
糖130g (sugar)
低筋面粉120g (low gluten flour)

首先将牛奶,无盐牛油,奶油干酪一起倒进小锅里(小火)

搅拌均匀

开始打蛋

开始起泡泡的时候加点点糖
慢慢加入糖

再加剩下的糖

继续搅拌

当大泡泡没有后,
蛋白变的绵绵的就可以了

我直接把弄好的蛋黄倒入蛋白里
之前也试过慢慢倒入(觉得没差)
所以一次性倒入(哈哈)

搅拌混合均匀

先将烤箱加热5分钟
300度 25分钟
转
200度55分钟
做这个蛋糕下面不用加盘子放水什么的
这次只是试验下
之前都没有加水
不过烤出来的效果口感都一样
我这次做的量有点多
所以剩余的
拿来做舒芙蕾

不好意思
这次卖相不是很好看
但真的很好吃😋
大家如果真的想学着做的话
可以先把材料的量减一半
我试做了第4次才成功
原因是:用错粉,买了all purpose flour (错)
一定要低筋面粉
还有一次是蛋白打的不够久,
一定要打的绵绵那种
然后就是烤箱的温度(太高)
280-300度25分钟转200度55分钟刚好
但每个人用的摸具型号大小不一样
如果烤后出来蛋糕上面有裂开就说明温度有点高
最近吃上瘾,隔两天就做一次
香味很浓,很绵。
