两人份量所需食材:
猪骨400克,(把猪骨洗净后沥干水分放入容器中,加入1汤匙盐搅拌均匀后盖上盖子腌制一个晚上),
菜干50克,(泡发一个晚上),
大米1杯,
花生50克,
蚝豉50克,
瑶柱30克,
姜1小块,
葱和香菜适量,
清水8碗。

做法:
1. 把腌好的猪骨焯水,泡发好的菜干洗净后切成小段,蚝豉泡发好洗净去肚,大米、花生、瑶柱洗净后沥干水分备用,姜切成姜丝,葱和香菜分别切成葱花和香菜末备用;
2. 砂锅中加入8碗清水,并放入少许油,然后加入姜丝、咸猪骨、菜干、花生、虴豉和瑶柱大火煮滚后倒入大米,再次煮滚后转中火继续煮50分钟左右,中途用勺子搅拌几次以防粘底;
3. 50分钟后关火,尝试味道后可酌量添加食盐、白胡椒粉和麻油调味,搅拌均匀后即可盛出上桌享用。

咸鲜味十足的咸猪骨菜干粥实在是美味至极😋熬得糯糯的咸猪骨香软无比,肉肉带一点点的咸味,边吃肉边啃猪骨头边喝粥,这感觉、这吃法简直不要太好哦🤩瑶柱和蚝豉为绵烂的粥底提鲜不少,偶尔吃上几粒花生和菜干段,味觉和口感值简直爆表啦,超级喜欢💕
