前言
年底各种聚会大鱼大肉吃多了,回家就喜欢吃清淡一点,今天就来给大家分享最近自己非常喜欢的凉拌菜,凉拌杏鲍菇和凉拌腐竹黑木耳,两道都是非常爽口、爽心、营养又美味的开胃小菜,做法也非常简单,一起来看看吧!
第一道:凉拌腐竹黑木耳

🌿材料有:腐竹一包(约180克)黑木耳20朵、蒜头5粒、葱一根、香菜适量、辣椒面一大勺、小米辣3条、白芝麻一大勺~
🌿酱汁有:酱油2大勺、蚝油1大勺、香醋2大勺、白糖1大勺、芝麻油1小勺、油适量~

首先先把一包的腐竹提前一个小时用清水泡发,黑木耳干也用清水泡发~备用

泡发后的腐竹用厨房剪刀剪短。(长度根据自己喜欢)

接着锅中烧开热水,放入泡发的腐竹煮1分钟左右捞起用清水冲洗干净,然后沥干水份。黑木耳也是放入锅中煮一分钟左右捞起,用清水冲洗后沥干水份~

🌿切记一定要沥干水分后再来凉拌,不然凉拌之后会有很多水份,会影响口感~

沥干水份后的腐竹和黑木耳倒入碗中,在上面加上一大勺辣椒面、一大勺芝麻、葱花和一大勺的蒜末~

接着锅中烧开适量的油(大概2大勺的量)淋入芝麻和辣椒面和蒜末中爆香~

接着在腐竹中加入两大勺的酱油、两大勺的香醋、1大勺的蚝油、一大勺的细砂糖和一小勺的香油一起搅拌均匀~

接着再加入香菜末,搅拌均匀后,一道爽口又爽心的营养又美味的开胃小菜就完成啦!

非常开胃好吃,这几天几乎天天吃,有种白吃不腻感哈哈哈~因为我是腐竹爱好者,平时就特别喜欢吃腐竹呵呵~

第二道:凉拌杏鲍菇

凉拌杏鲍菇可以当餐前开胃小菜,也可以配菜食用,平时爱吃清淡时一碗稀饭,一道凉拌杏鲍菇就能满足我啦!太容易满足啦!哈哈哈

🌿材料有:杏鲍菇5朵、海鲜菇一包、黑木耳5朵、香菜适量、葱一根、蒜头3片、小米辣3条、白芝麻适量~
🌿酱汁有:酱油2大勺、蚝油1大勺、香醋1大勺、细砂糖2小勺、香油1小勺、油适量~

首先先把杏鲍菇洗净切去一点根部,然后再对切放入锅中蒸4分钟左右~

接着海鲜菇去根部冲洗干净,锅中烧开热水下锅煮30秒左右捞出用清水冲洗沥干水分备用~

接着黑木耳切丝也放入热水中焯15秒左右捞起,用清水冲洗沥干水分备用~

沥干水分后的海鲜菇放入碗中备用~

接着蒸好的杏鲍菇特别烫手,要等一会儿再来手撕杏鲍菇~

稍微不烫手后,把杏鲍菇手撕成细丝(根据自己喜欢大小来决定)

接着在杏鲍菇中加入海鲜菇、黑木耳、香菜,接着加入2大勺的酱油、1大勺的香醋、一大勺的蚝油和一大勺的细砂糖、1小勺的香油搅拌均匀~

接着放入葱花、蒜末、芝麻,锅中烧开热油淋入蒜末爆香(如果家里有辣椒面,加入加一勺的辣椒面,肯定更香)搅拌均匀后一道开胃又美味的凉拌杏鲍菇就完成啦!
