红枣-用来制作枣泥

红枣补气这件事从小听到大!女生多吃红枣好处多多!平时其实真的懒的啃红枣,顶多泡些红枣枸杞茶喝喝!
看到“枣糕”简直带回了童年记忆,红枣味浓郁的蛋糕好吃极了!
枣泥很简单哦
✨挑选干红枣,用剪刀剪开,去掉枣核!
✨开一锅水,把剪成小块的枣煮开!
✨捞出来,用blender打成泥!纯枣泥啊!
枣泥准备好,可以第二天再做蛋糕-下面是材料

✨枣泥:300克
✨黄油80克 (玉米油也可以代替)
✨低筋粉cake flour 170克
✨泡打粉 baking power 5克
✨鸡蛋🥚 5个 (蛋黄蛋清分开)
✨红糖60克 (养生养到底用红糖,白糖也可以代替)
✨核桃:随意切碎
✨牛奶 30克

黄油要化开成液体比较方便(我微波炉打了30秒后放凉)
✨开始咯-枣泥和蛋黄混合

加入黄油和牛奶

⚠️预热烤箱 360度华氏
蛋清加红糖分3次打发

打法好的蛋清倒入枣泥混合里

倒入模具里,震完气泡,上面撒些黑白芝麻

家里还有果脯,就切了些撒上了(没有的不需要这步)

🌈预热好的烤箱360度华氏烤15分钟。
🌈表面有颜色了,降低温度到330度华氏,然后上面盖一张锡纸,继续烤40分钟就OK

切开可以看到里面的果仁

放凉后保存:盖上保鲜膜密封起来常温就可以!

⚠️ 这里我用了很多枣泥,实在是都已经准备好了,干脆都做了!浓浓的枣味很喜欢!
⚠️牛奶的量是根据加入面粉后混合起来观察的,可以根据实际情况加!
⚠️ 加了红糖颜色显得很深,更“枣味十足”
⚠️ 只要蛋清打发好了,都能起来!而且因为很多枣泥的缘故,内里非常湿润,我都吃了这么几天了,还是润的!
