在一次与闺蜜的聊天中,偶然得知她的记忆里,在三年多前有过一种叫做北海道吐司的美好回忆,引起了我强烈的好奇。这些年吃过无数巴黎贝甜、好利来、生计和大华(乱入)的牛奶吐司、全麦吐司、葡萄干吐司以及手撕面包,从未觉得任何一种面包能让人如此怀念,然后我闺蜜很体贴的发来了方子🙄……诱使我走上了吐司制作的不归路……

作为烘焙小白,从未成功做过任何糕点,包括五次挑战戚风蛋糕失败......
掀桌ing……
所以第一次尝试先拿了YouTube上 小高姐 的牛奶吐司试手,结果还是充满了尴尬,包括且不限于:没有吐司模具,只有迷你Loaf模具;气温不够,面团没发够;没经验,整形不够紧实……
然后成品为下图,又干又硬,表面居然是脆的......

看着金黄,吃着一言难尽,然后趁热切开抹了牛奶抹茶酱,算是找回了一丢丢场子......

然后不服输的我果断Amazon下单了新的模具,再战牛奶吐司,成品还像那么回事儿~

然后就开始了名为北海道了作死之旅……之所以称为作死之旅,实在是醒发太慢了,即便将面团与一碗开水共置于密闭的微波炉里,都得个把小时......
首先是完全按照下厨房里糖豆MM的配方和步骤操作,成品为下图:

然后我就意识到我的烤箱不配合(画圈圈诅咒它),于是我调低了5华氏度再度挑战,结果由于二发时间不够,出炉的时候我都快暴走了......

好在除了外形不够方正,质地和味道都达到了我的预期,所以我借此机会做了豪华三明治(壕在黑松露)......

接着就是强迫症患者最后的倔强,继续北海道......(至此我只想说,没时间的同学,我真心劝你回头了……)
我在将温度调到340华氏度的同时,还比原配方多加了10克的淡奶油,出炉感动哭了……
