写在前面
当当当,今天队友做拿手的盐酥鸡,在边上全程观摩学习,把盐酥鸡步骤记录📝下来了,下次我也会做啦!不过我们这个步骤也是跟着小高姐学的,想要更详细介绍的可以移步她的主页看哟!
材料准备
两块豆腐乳和两勺生抽、五香粉、面包屑。

做法
我们用的是鸡胸肉(鸡腿🍗肉也是可以滴),鸡胸肉化冻切成小块,用前面准备的豆腐乳和生抽腌制,再往里撒点五香粉更入味,腌制最少两个小时,要是能过夜就更好了。

腌制时间没有很长所以鸡块表面还是比较湿润,可以轻松裹住面包屑,要是太干的话,可以往里放一个蛋清,这样裹面包屑就轻而易举了,之后用面包屑裹住每一块鸡块,一定要确保均匀裹住,这样炸出来才会好吃酥脆。

起锅热油,放入一半的鸡块,微微变色以后捞出,再放入另一半,变色后同样捞出;换油再来第二遍,炸至表面金黄色,就可以全部出锅啦!
吃之前撒点胡椒盐,就可以开吃啦!私认为比某些奶茶店做的还要好吃,唯一美中不足的是少了千层塔,要是有了千层塔的香气就完美了。

写在最后
这次做的盐酥鸡还是非常非常成功的,面包屑功不可没,面包屑的颗粒很大,就形成了盐酥鸡表面酥脆的口感,炸两遍一是可以保证鸡块一定是熟的,也可以保证颜色的金黄哦,不会炸焦。
Tips:1⃣️,鸡块要切的适中,不要太大了。
2⃣️,火力适度,火太大了容易炸焦和糊锅。
3⃣️,一定要🈶️耐心哦!
再配上一杯奶茶,简直完美~
