相信来美帝之后,宝宝们一定更加怀念在天朝时候美味的早餐了吧?豆浆,油条,豆腐脑,次饭团,鸡蛋灌饼,煎饼果子……想想口水就要流下来了😋😋今天我准备做油条,刚炸出来的油条配上豆浆,别说是早餐了,当晚餐我觉得也OK😍关键我们家宝贝娃也超级爱吃,自己炸出来的油条至少油很健康哦,😂

准备500g面粉,我用的costco家的all purpose面粉,很好用哦,推荐给宝宝们

准备食用盐8g

泡打粉4g,食用小苏打4g。这两个材料缺一不可,含量很少很少,不会对身体有任何伤害的,泡打粉购于 whole foods,小苏打购于target

玉米油15g,水(常温)275g,鸡蛋一个。选用玉米油是因为他自身味道比较淡,不会抢占了实物本身的味道,别的油也可以哦😃

把面粉,盐,泡打粉,小苏打混合在一起,再加入鸡蛋,食用油和水,倒入厨师机,揉面这种体力活就交给厨师机吧,这样可以节省出来好多时间和体力。

小朋友跟我趴在桌子上看着厨师机转呀转,不一会儿就揉成了光滑的面团🥳

给面团揉个型,然后拿保鲜膜包好,可以放进冰箱松弛一晚上,如果着急的话也得放在室温下松弛几个小时哦。对了,这不是发面,它不会变大的。松弛时间够了,炸出来的油条口感更松软。放入冰箱松弛的面团,在用之前记得拿出来放置室温,不然太冷了进油锅太低温了炸不出来的

案板上放面粉防粘,把面团擀成长方形,厚度约5mm的薄片,切好如图所示,注意的是稍微做短一点,小一点,因为家里的锅都不是很大,油条进锅会膨胀哦

把油放入锅内烧热,油温一定要烧的很高,可以用一点点面团试验一下,扔进面团很快浮出就可以

取出其中两个面片,拿筷子往中间一压,记得面片上不能涂油哦,这样面片会粘不起来的

把凹好造型的油条放进油锅里,瞬间就变大啦,注意时不时翻面,防止炸焦哦
