(油皮)黄油 35g,低筋面粉 60g,中筋面粉 60g,细砂糖 10g,盐 1g,水 60g左右

5⃣️松弛好的油酥面团和油皮面团平均分成9份,边分边盖保鲜膜,同时上面放一个湿🧼毛巾
6⃣️取一个油皮面团压扁,包入一个油酥面团,用虎口收紧接口,滚圆,收口朝下放置

7⃣️取一个面团,收口朝上擀成✨椭圆状,从下往上卷起来

8⃣️取第一个面团,用擀面杖竖着再次擀成椭圆状,从下往上卷好,卷好的盖保鲜膜和湿毛巾静置松弛10分钟

9⃣️取一个面卷,中间压扁,用擀面杖擀成中间厚边缘薄的饼皮
🔟放入豆沙蛋黄馅,用虎口收紧,翻过来收口朝下放置,刷一层蛋黄液,撒芝麻
1⃣️1⃣️放入预热180度的烤箱,进烤箱♨️10分钟后取出烤盘刷第二次蛋黄液
1⃣️2⃣️继续烤制20~25分钟,上色即可
