下面分享之前减肥经常会吃的几款简单美味又不怕胖的小零食,喜欢的宝宝赶快码起来吧!
一.芒果酸奶吐司

🥭🥭🥭做法如下:
🌟🌟🌟材料如下🌟🌟🌟
👉吐司面包 4片,芒果(中等大小) 1个,酸奶 半盒,鸡蛋 2个,黄油 1小块,早餐机👈
🌟🌟🌟步骤如下🌟🌟🌟
1⃣️吐司🍞切去四个边边,芒果切成小块
2⃣️取半份酸奶与芒果块混合均匀
3⃣️鸡蛋液打散备用
4⃣️取一片吐司,放上芒果酸奶后再铺上另一片吐司,轻轻压一下
5⃣️吐司放入鸡🥚蛋液中均匀的裹上蛋液
6⃣️不粘锅放入切小块的黄油融化
7⃣️放入吐司小火🔥慢慢煎至金黄,翻面再煎一会就好啦

二.无油鸡米花

🌻🌻🌻做法如下:
🌟🌟🌟材料🌟🌟🌟
鸡胸肉 1块,生抽 1勺,蚝油 半勺,料酒 半勺,白糖 1小勺,白胡椒粉 1小勺,辣椒粉 1小勺,生粉 1小勺,鸡蛋 1个,黄面包糠 适量
🌟🌟🌟步骤🌟🌟🌟
1⃣️鸡胸肉剔除上面油脂,切条再切小块
2⃣️将切好的鸡块放入碗中,放入1勺生抽,半勺蚝油,半勺料酒,1小勺白糖,1小勺白胡椒粉,1小勺辣椒粉,1小勺生粉和一个鸡蛋的蛋清,带上手套反复抓匀
3⃣️入味好的鸡胸肉依次放入淀粉、蛋液、面包糠中裹匀(确保每个部位都被面包糠包裹住)
4⃣️放入预热180度的烤箱烤20分钟左右即可

🌿🌿🌿步骤如下:

燕麦 100g,香蕉 1根,蜂蜜 40g,酸奶 150g,水果 任意
🌟🌟🌟步骤🌟🌟🌟
1⃣️香蕉🍌去皮压成泥,加入蜂蜜搅拌一下,再加入燕麦搅拌均匀
2⃣️舀一大勺燕麦香蕉泥放入学厨模具里,中间压空,整理成杯子形状
3⃣️放入预热180度的烤箱,烤制20分钟左右
4⃣️烤好后取出冷却,倒入酸奶,放上🍓🍓🍓水果做装饰就好啦
❤️Tips:
烤箱的温度和时间要根据烤箱脾气做出适当调整哦

🌻🌻🌻做法如下:

鸡胸肉 1块,姜 2片,料酒 1勺,生抽 1勺,蚝油 半勺,老抽 半勺,盐糖 1勺,辣椒粉 适量,孜然粉 适量,熟芝麻 适量
🌟🌟🌟步骤🌟🌟🌟
1⃣️鸡胸肉切片,加入姜、料酒1勺、生抽1勺、蚝油半勺、老抽半勺、少许盐和糖,拌匀后🌀腌制15分钟以上
2⃣️早餐机平底锅♨️烧热(不用放油),加入腌制好的鸡胸肉,中小火煎至一面颜色金黄✴️后翻面,慢慢煎至两面都微焦
3⃣️出锅的鸡胸肉撒上辣椒粉、孜然粉和熟芝麻⭕️拌匀就好啦
❤️Tips:
中小火慢煎,不要用大火🔥哦
