🦆砂锅支竹焖鸭🦆
🦆主要材料如下👇
新鲜水鸭:一只(斩件)
支(腐)竹:适量
砂锅

柱候酱:一汤匙
南乳:一块
蚝油:一汤匙

🦆烹煮方法如下👇

1.先将鸭仔清洗干净,擦干水份后,斩件备用。
2.取适量支(腐)竹出来,用清水浸泡至软身备用。
3.准备好配料,如蒜头同姜。
4.取一角果(陈)皮,用清水浸泡至软身后,用小刀刮去白色部分,取一粒八角,一同备用。
5.先用普通炒菜锅开火热锅,然后放油!油滚后落蒜头同姜。翻炒至焦黄后捞起蒜头同姜放入砂锅中,然后落鸭仔,继续翻炒,直至鸭仔表面呈金黄色。
6.此时加入一汤匙柱候酱继续翻炒均匀,然后再加入一块南乳,翻炒至南乳溶化后加入适量清水,大概刚刚盖过肉面就可以。
7.待水滚后将所有食材移至砂锅中,转中小火慢慢焖,大概35分钟左右。
8.睇下鸭仔的成熟程度如果达到8成左右就可以加入浸好嘅支(腐)竹一齐焖。此时再加入一汤匙蚝油大概再焖10分钟左右,试试味道可以就收火。
9.最后可以在吃之前再放上葱花同芫荽(亦可以选择放小小西芹),味道一流❤
