肉醬意麵口味升級,松露香+芝士香
宅家以來做了太多次意麵來吃,傳同的紅白青醬都煮過之餘,也新做了很多新口味,算是我的宅家廚藝進步最大的一塊。
新的一小瓶黑松露醬已經開封,啊好!那就來個松露+Parmesan Cheese香氣點綴的肉醬意麵吧!而今天的主角:意麵是用我最愛的廚房小家電-instant Pot烹煮,簡直不要太方便!

而意麵非常適合微波加熱後食用(詳見美系超市各種pizza, spaghetti的冷凍食品加熱區),炒好一大鍋還適合當meal prep便當菜
食材
1. 牛絞肉Ground Beef 1lb
2. Bay Leaves 月桂葉3片
3. 意麵:我使用whole foods whole wheat spaghetti
4. 一整盒小番茄
5. 1/2盒mushroom蘑菇
6. 蒜2-3瓣切成蒜粒
7. 洋蔥1/2顆切成粒
8. Simply Organic spice right everyday blends(有鹽在裡面)
9. Garlic Slat
10. Black Pepper
11. Parsley碎末
12. 黑松露醬(沒有的話可不加)
13. Parmesan Cheese

作法
1. 爐子上先熱一鍋水,等煮開之後加入鹽巴與意麵下去煮,烹調時間請參考包裝上建議
我用instant pot煮麵,使用saute模式,調整到high,時間定時20分鐘,等水滾以後再放下麵條開始烹煮(開始計時以後水不會馬上滾,所以時間可以先設定久一點),instant pot好處在inner pot夠高,放入麵條後加熱,等溫度夠會自動滑入鍋中煮熟,也不用擔心熱水噴濺

2. 另一鍋炒鍋加入橄欖油,加上蒜粒與洋蔥粒炒軟炒香,加入Simply Organic everyday blends 跟Black Pepper調味洋蔥

3. 接著加入洗好瀝乾水分的半盒蘑菇,炒香炒軟並撒上Galic Salt讓蘑菇的香氣出來

4. 等蘑菇炒軟後,加入1lb的牛絞肉下鍋翻炒並用鍋鏟邊翻炒並切成粒狀,加入3片月桂葉並撒上Simply Organic everyday blends 跟Black Pepper調味牛肉

5. 等牛肉約8-9分熟,加入整盒切成一半的小番茄進鍋炒出蕃茄紅汁來,撒上適量Garlic Slat

***以上步驟都是加入一個食材後,再酌量撒上調料粉,為的就是避免剛開始調料粉太多讓食材風味不均勻;又或是後面才加入香味沒有那麼入味。***
6. 等蕃茄紅汁出來以後,加入一大杓意麵水幫助收汁,這時候加入麵條均勻翻炒

7. 等麵條有醬汁sauce後,關火,表從撒上Parmesan芝士碎,利用餘溫翻炒均勻也讓sauce牢牢吸附在麵條上

8. 起鍋擺盤,加上一大杓black truffle sauce黑松露醬與撒上Parsley碎,一道帶著黑松露與芝士香氛的肉醬麵完成了~

這個份量可以做成中等食量的4 servings, 當meal prep也很適合
