🌿食材:
鸡翅15个
大蒜1头
薄荷叶一把
韩国BBQ酱汁4大勺
米酒 2勺

👩🍳做法
1. 冷锅加油,油热后加入蒜瓣中火炸到金黄色,然后加入薄荷叶,(薄荷叶一定要用厨房纸吸去水分,不然会溅油,可以盖上锅盖炸1分钟,)变成翠绿脆脆的即可盛出备用。锅中剩余的油别扔,留着备用。

2. 鸡翅用韩国BBQ酱汁和米酒腌4-6小时或者提前一晚腌好,会更加入味。
3. 放入空气炸锅,380华氏度炸12分钟,翻面再炸12分钟左右,然后把鸡翅放入之前炸大蒜和薄荷叶的剩余油中煎炸3-5分钟,即可盛出。

做法:
平底锅放少许油,饼皮涂一层青酱,放入锅内,然后加入鸡蛋,打散、放一层芝菜、芝士碎,最上面加上鸡肉丝,盖上盖子焖3-4分钟,美味健康的早餐就做好了。
