提交到批准400天，佛州Tampa FO，F1转CR1, concurrent filing，全程diy无Lawyer，有interview无rfe，I-130一次AR, I-485一共三次AR
第一个部分是太长不看版，第二个部分是碎碎念版，第三个部分是在申请等待过程中发现的tips和心得，有问题的朋友欢迎留言，我看到就会回复，过几天我再写个都交了什么材料以及面试过程

6月28号 材料UPS寄出
6月30号 材料寄到USCIS
6月30号 USCIS寄出receipt
7月12号 收到四份I-797C
7月18号 打指模
12月22号 I-765 card was delivered
2023年部分
4月5号 I-130: case is being actively reviewed
4月13号 I-130, I-485: Interview was scheduled
5月25号 interview
8月1号 I-130, I-485 case approved
8月3号 I-485 Card was produced
8月5号 Green card in hand

2022部分
二月份决定结婚
二月到五月底签好婚前协议和遗嘱
六月初结婚登记
6月20号 移民体检$250比较便宜因为有学校保险，大部分我看没有保险的人都要$500左右
6月21号 体检blood work，学校保险包了大部分，一个半月后收到账单，最后自掏腰包$28.1
6月22号 收到国内寄过来的公证书（其实不用寄加急，打印PDF就够了，原件可以慢慢寄）
6月23号 拿到密封好的I-693体检表
6月28号 材料UPS寄出
6月30号 材料寄到USCIS
6月30号 USCIS寄出receipt
7月6号 银行扣款
7月12号收到四份I-797C （I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131各一份，但是还没有access code没办法上网查进度）（G-1145填了两份但是全被link到对象邮箱上了，所以我只能网上查进度以及收纸质版）
7月16号 收到两份I-797C包含access Code，一份I-130一份I-485（后来发现并不需要access code，手机下载APP “case tracker“ by USCIS比网页login省事多了，记得没事点点右上角的刷新）
7月16号 网上查到uscis在15号发出纸质I-797C预约了8月5号的biometric appointment，纸上只有I-485和I-765的application，并没有I-131
7月18号 因为指纹预约时间和旅游时间有冲突所以拿着网上下载的I-797C的biometric appointment（两页，黑色水笔填完整)和travel document直接walk–in了预约纸上的ASC，到达ASC到离开ASC共计40分钟
7月18号 I-485和I-765: case is being actively reviewed by USCIS，另外两个没变化
7月23号 收到纸质打指模I-797C的biometric appointment
12月15号 I-693 deficiency notice, 当初明明交了体检表，后来网上上传了一份扫描的体检表上去，又跟Emma 确认了密封的体检表是收到了的
12月16号 I-765 card is being produced
12月20号 I-765 card was produced晚上十点更新的
12月21号 I-765 card was picked up by USPS
12月22号收到EAD卡, I-765完成✅
2023部分
1月23号Emma told me that I-485 transfer到local FO (still AR on case status, nothing changed, no notification)
4月5号 I-130: case is being actively reviewed
4月6号 Emma说我所在的城市应该比较快我的case已经outside the normal processing time可以send inquiry，我就提交了inquiry
4月13号 I-130, I-485: Interview was scheduled
4月27号 inquiry reply说已经schedule了interview
5月25号 interview，当场说approve了，但是网坏了说转天把approval notice上传到document tab上, I-485 second AR
5月26号 I-485 interview cancelled 😅那段时间精神几度崩溃，后来给Emma打电话才知道是面试官手滑点错了😅
6月12号 提交了I-130的outside normal processing time
6月14号 local fo回复说I-485的interview completed了，I-130正在排队等interview😅😅😅😅wtf
6月18号 I-485 case is being actively reviewed tf third time😅
6月26号 联系了我们当地的congress woman，28回复了，填了个表，过了大概俩礼拜吧congress woman的office回复说USCIS说了跟6月14号一样的内容，让congress woman不要再联系他们直到十月份。
7月28号 上传了一些有的没的合照之类的在I-130上
8月1号 上午坐在马桶上没事干寻思让Emma给我把case escalate 一下或者找个tier 2的agent，结果Emma说我I-485 approved了。果然登上账号发现approve了，下午 I-130也approve了。不知道是不是跟我上传新的evidence巧合了还是他们一直在等😂
8月3号 I-485 Card was produced
8月5号 没有一丝丝防备Green card in hand
————————tips and 心得—————————
强烈建议整个cover letter，尤其是像我一样有点强迫症的，必须把每个项目都标注好有个目录，再把你俩的故事写一写，我就是寄出后发现没有cover letter，后悔，照片也忘记标注日期了😂
看到有人的经验说她们的保险不包移民体检费用，体检三个月后收到账单，建议咨询一下保险公司，medial直接跟package一起送走，不然给你rfe又要等还麻烦
邮箱link的小tips，只填你的邮箱，所有case都link到你的账户上，我因为当时想的两个petitioners, 我对象和我的form应该分开link，结果我四个案子都link到了我对象的邮箱上，我的只有I-130，或者和Emma重新要access code
看网上攻略第一次的actively reviewed 意思是case is in line to be picked up for reviewing,哪还没到哪，第二次的AR 说明离decision 不远了，可以登陆USCIS账号看看document tab 下面有没有approval notice. 不要问我第三次AR干啥用的，我也不知道。问了Emma说要等我I-130先被批准然后才是I-485,不知道为什么我的是I-485先上午被批了，下午批的I-130.
可以用case tracker查询case进程，lawfully也可以查询进程也可以和别人交流，但是lawfully每天看别人approve自己还在等容易崩溃，建议心理素质好的用lawfully。case tracker的缺点是你得手动刷新，我一直没看，批的时候也就没notification。

如果需要联系你们当地congress woman/man催办可以Google local congressman，填你的zip code，找到你的 congresswoman/man网页之后找service，再找federal agency就可以找到USCIS的服务，由petitioner填写一份digital privacy release form就可以了。

How to call USCIS customer service: lost receipt number
Remember be extra nice when talking chatting with them. When live chat with live agent I always start with Good morning/afternoon xxxxx (their name) I hope you had a good morning/day today, I would like to see if you could help with my case xxxxx (case number). When I finish my questions I always say something like ‘thank you very much for helping me today, I hope you have a lovely rest of your day’. This chatting method works 8/10, I always get what I wanted to know. If you got a live agent that is kind of rude to you, remember most of them ONLY have just a little more case information than you, try again tomorrow.
在7月28号上传新evidence时我上传了在提交申请后又有的新evidence，包括：10+ photos showing us at different locations and dates, 10+ fb posts that family and friends mentioned us for our activities together, 20+ screenshots of our text messages from 2021 till July 2023, car insurance on the same policy for current. No financial documents uploaded for sensitive personal information concern.
don’t bother to upload more evidence if you filed recently, but if you have an interview coming up, def upload new evidence online before the interview!!!!!!!
