探店米其林二星Commis 简约不简单 一家毫无起眼的米林店这里完全没有什么室内的装饰,造型简单的吧台,和座椅 、呼上水泥墙和米其林店很难联系到一块去,带有一些ins风.@梅丽莎
店背景:主厨James Syhabout 是一个泰国出生Oakand 长大的中泰混血,上过三番当地的厨艺学校,之后在Los Gatos的Manresa,英国的米三the Fat Duck,还有西班牙的几家著名餐厅工作学习过,学成归来后,他加入Daniel Patterson的团队在三藩市开了Coi,并于2007年回归Manresa 成为主厨,2009年。他开了Commis ,并首年就荣获了米其林一星,到2016荣获米其林二星的殊荣至今
