Costco🔥爆改抹茶菠萝包🥐🍵超酥脆‼️避雷攻略
Costco买的这个大盒子brioche,外加Hawaiian bun,心血来潮做个酥皮假发,爆改菠萝包。前后试过三次,踩的雷终于修正了!见步骤和tips,希望大家都有好吃的菠萝包!🥐🍵🍍
〈以下酥皮份量适用于六份面包,每份= 1个brioche/ 2个Hawaiian bun〉
〈食材〉
1️⃣无盐黄油50g
2️⃣白、赤砂糖40g(抹茶口味最好用白砂糖,份量多加5g)
3️⃣全蛋1个
4️⃣中筋面粉90g
5️⃣奶粉25g
6️⃣抹茶粉8g
7️⃣面包!
〈步骤〉
1️⃣把食材1-3混合,用打发器打到蓬松发白
2️⃣把4-6混合均匀,加到1-3里面
3️⃣混合均匀,搓成厂条,保鲜膜包裹,冷藏30分钟(‼️一定严实包裹,冷藏不可超时)
4️⃣到时间取出,按照面包分配酥皮,Hawaiian bun大概用brioche的2/3
5️⃣保鲜膜包裹着,擀平成1mm的酥皮(‼️没那么容易破,尽量薄)
6️⃣上下保鲜膜小心挪开,包裹上面包,切菱形花刀
7️⃣烤箱350F,空气炸锅360F,5分钟!
