Petit Pot 米布丁超好吃!🤩 )最近在 Whole Foods 猴父子又看到有它家的Crème brûlée,就买来尝一尝。
这款法式焦糖布丁可以算是个半成品:一盒里有2个pot,外加2包用来做topping的糖粉。
每一杯只有100克,热量也只有210大卡(相当于一两片面包的热量),相比别的动辄500大卡的甜品,这款法式焦糖布丁可以说让人完全没有吃甜食的罪恶感!
品牌的官方博客上有推荐的做法:
Preparation: 5mins.
Cooking time: 20 sec.
Serves: 1.
STEPS:
1 Take the sugar packet out of your Petit Pot creme brulee 2pk.
2 Place parchment paper on a baking tray.
3 Spread the sugar in a small circle on the parchment paper. Keep it even for a perfect crust.
4 Set the oven broiler to high and put the tray inside. Watch closely as the sugar melts into golden caramel. It only takes a few seconds.
5 Take the tray out and wait for about 1 to 2 minutes for the caramel to thicken and cool down a bit.
6 Carefully lift the caramelized sugar crust from the parchment paper and gently put it on top of your crème brûlée.
7 Grab a spoon, crack through the caramel crust, and savor the delightful crème brûlée.
我就随便用空气炸锅意思了一下,虽然焦糖不够焦,卖相也不如官方网站上的诱人,味道还是很好的!!
玻璃pot因为是广口的,被队友再利用,现在成了家里吃火锅的蘸料盘~哈哈😆也算是不错的废物利用了!
实话说100克的迷你版有点不够吃,希望Petit Pot可以出一个jumbo size的😅
