平时吃的凤梨酥可大多都是冬瓜做的馅,用真菠萝做的必须一试哦!
馅材料如下:

菠萝去皮,按纹的方向用小刀3个或者4个以划刀的方式切掉点点…

先切除芯,肉和芯要分开处理
把芯切片-丝-丁,因为我等下用料理机打烂所以切的比较大,如果不用机器要切很小
同样菠萝肉切片,丝-粒

用机器打烂

入锅大火炒,如果要快,可以用布把水份挤干再炒,但我喜欢直接炒,味道更浓

炒一会儿后加入糖

一直炒到较干时加入麦牙糖,这时用小火了

低粉看如果菠萝大的,可以低粉用140克,如果没奶粉可以用creamer 粉也行!

用食指大姆指包住,一直将皮轻轻往上推,直到包好

如果有凤梨酥模具可以用模具整型,我是直接包成圆形后,上下两边整平下就可以了
烤箱330fahrenheit 预热5分钟后,将凤梨酥烤10分钟后取出翻另一面再烤10分钟或者直到金黄色即可(依每个人不同烤箱了)!注意翻面时要小心,因为皮还很脆弱哦

可以了,放凉后要密封半天或一天吃起来才好吃哦!
