今天给大家分享一款颜值超高的镜面3d💎树莓慕斯蛋糕,做法其实挺简单嘚,看见晒货区有挺多人分享这款慕斯蛋糕,一直纠结要不要分享,趁着New Years有party打算做这款蛋糕,就顺便来跟大家分享这款慕斯蛋糕的做法吧……开始吧……

6寸心形模具配方:奶油奶酪125克,淡奶油120克,原味酸奶20克,细砂糖70克,树莓一盒(大概6oz)牛奶50克,吉利丁粉10克(也可以用吉利丁片2.5片)一片蛋糕做基底(放不放蛋糕都没有关系,根据自己的口味选择哦)

首先先把树莓,50克的细砂糖,牛奶一起放入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,一定要搅拌到细腻的果酱,备用...

搅拌均匀的树莓果酱.....

接着把提起融化的奶油奶酪加入20克的细砂糖用打蛋器打发均匀...

接着倒入原味酸奶,继续用打蛋器搅拌均匀..

再把奶油奶酪和树莓果酱用打蛋器混匀...

接着把10克吉利丁粉放入大概50克的水隔水完全融化到无颗粒状态,再倒入树莓慕斯糊中用刮刀搅拌均匀..备用...

接着打发淡奶油,淡奶油打发到6-7成发就OK了……

这样的状态就是6-7成发了,有一点流动的状态,但是表面开始出现纹路了,这样就OK了,不要再打发了..

倒入慕斯糊中用切拌地手法搅拌均匀……

搅拌好的慕斯糊比较细腻浓稠状,备用..

接着把模具放在蛋糕片上用刀划出模具的形状(我用的是瑞士卷的蛋糕,大家🈶️兴趣可以去我的晒货空间有一篇文章讲解瑞士卷的做法)蛋糕片放不放影响不大,根据自己的口味选择哦……

接着把慕斯糊倒入模具中...

倒入模具中,轻轻晃动几下模具,使表面平整一些..不想放蛋糕片的妹子们这样就可以把慕斯糊放入冰箱冷冻至少4个小时以上,最好过夜..

放入一片蛋糕,送入冰箱冷冻保存..明天再来脱模吧..
开始脱模了..

经过冷冻的树莓慕斯蛋糕轻轻一拨就很容易脱模了..现在吃的话口感比较像冰淇淋一样,喜欢吃起来轻盈地口感的妹子们,可以室温软化一会儿再吃,我个人觉得两种都好吃😋😋😋
