周末在Target闲逛,发现一大块像砖头一样的黑巧克力居然减价只卖$1不到,质量1.5lbs沉甸甸的,也太划算了吧。二话不说,赶紧把像捡到宝一样地把减价区所有的巧克力全部包圆儿。星期一的晚上,按耐不住,下班回来做了这款非常简单的香脆燕麦巧克力球,整个晚上屋子里都弥漫着浓浓的巧克力香,在这个阴雨连绵的傍晚,吃几颗燕麦巧克力球,喝几口加拿大带回来的冰酒,让工作的压力都见鬼去吧!

先来准备食材,燕麦片235g,高级面粉Bread Flour 85g,黑巧克力200g,黄油80g,鸡蛋一个。

用隔水加热的方式融化巧克力和黄油,我用的是导热性很好的不锈钢小盆,用锅铲不停地搅拌,很快就融化了。也可以先把巧克力和黄油切成小块,融化起来也会比较快。

接着把称好的燕麦片和高筋面粉倒入巧克力和黄油的混合物中,搅拌均匀。这时候你会发现混合物湿度不大,呈分散状。

这个时候加入一个鸡蛋,继续搅拌,直到鸡蛋液已经完全和燕麦面粉巧克力黄油的混合物融为一体,我顺手把剩下的一点儿核桃仁也丢进去了。冬天天气比较冷,巧克力一冷却下来就会没那么容易混合了,可以重新放回刚才隔水加热的热水锅里。

之后的步骤就是捏小球塑形了,因为鸡蛋和高筋面粉的加入,混合物粘性应该非常好,拿在手里用手掌和拇指的力量捏成大小差不多的小球就好了,摆放在铺好锡纸的烤盘里。同时预热烤箱到380F。

放入烤箱烘烤20分钟左右拿出来就大功告成了,巧克力和燕麦的香气充满了整个厨房,等待的时间非常之煎熬。刚刚取出来的燕麦巧克力球特别的烫,一定要小心,我就是急着尝一个差点儿烫了嘴巴。等到第二天早上,燕麦巧克力球已经完全冷下来了,脆脆的,咬起来咯吱咯吱的,味道口感都特别好,而且所有的甜度都来自巧克力,连一向不喜欢吃甜食的先生也很接受。饱腹感很足的小点心,早上吃上几个工作起来都格外的有精神呢!
