看到照片你一定觉得很难,其实非常简单,十分钟就可以搞定,再也放冰箱1+小时后拿出享用即可。

今天我来和亲们分享一款简单易做好吃到爆高逼格提拉米苏吧!

Recipe from 买来BelGioios mascarpone cheese 盒子上的。

⭐️食材⭐️

3 large eggs (*or pasteurized egg substitute)

1 cup espresso or strong coffee, cooled

1/2 cup sugar

2 Tbsp. cognac or brandy

8 oz. BelGioioso Mascarpone

2 Tbsp. cocoa

10 ladyfingers

⭐️做法⭐️

Step 1: Combine 3 egg yolks, 1 Tbsp. espresso, sugar and cognac into large bowl. Beat 2-3 minutes. Add BelGioioso Mascarpone and beat 3-5 minutes until smooth.

Step 2: In another bowl, combine 3 egg whites and a pinch of sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into Mascarpone mixture. (*If using egg substitute, skip step 2 and beat until fluffy.)

Step 3: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into remaining espresso and layer on bottom of small serving dish. Spread Mascarpone mixture and sprinkle with cocoa. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

1 and1/2 鸡蛋(我用liquid eggs in carton)

1/4杯白糖

1Tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice

4 oz Mascarpone cheese

自从去了Wholefoods看见甜品柜有卖Coconut Tiramisu,立即脑洞大开做了"椰奶过夜提拉米苏燕麦"昨天又做了这"椰奶提拉米苏"真是咖啡中带着一丝丝椰香,又滑又爽口😋,无论当下午茶或深夜充肌小零食(如果你是吃不胖星人😆)都太赞了😋分享做法了!

⭐️提拉米苏⭐️

⭐️食材

Ingredients

1/4杯椰奶罐头上一层cream+1/4杯鲜奶加powdered sugar 打匀(❤️提示--这儿用的不是椰子水,是亚超买的罐装椰奶,脂肪含量越高的椰奶上面一层cream越多

1/2 cup sugar

2 Tbsp. cognac or brandy

8 oz. BelGioioso Mascarpone

2 Tbsp. Matcha powder

10 ladyfingers

红豆罐头

做法

Step 1: Combine 3 egg yolks, 1 Tbsp. Matcha tea ,sugar and cognac into large bowl. Beat 2-3 minutes. Add BelGioioso Mascarpone and beat 3-5 minutes until smooth.

Step 2: In another bowl, combine 3 egg whites and a pinch of sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into Mascarpone mixture. (*If using egg substitute, skip step 2 and beat until fluffy.)

Step 3: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into remaining matcha tea and layer on bottom of small serving dish. Spread Mascarpone mixture and sprinkle with matcha powder Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
