大概是因为穷,我对各种multi purpose的东西总是有蜜汁痴迷,总想着花一样钱买到好多东西,后来发现只要脑洞够大,就没有什么能够阻挡你对multi purpose的开发,比如今天要分享的muffin盘妙用,先来看一下妙用结果合集

迷你韩式拌

食材:肥牛,冷冻菠菜,红萝卜,平菇,玉米粒,白芝麻
步骤
1. 肥牛切细条,加糖、盐、蚝油翻炒至熟

2. 菠菜,玉米粒解冻,红萝卜切细丝,平菇撕细丝焯熟

3. 煮好的米饭加少许麻油和盐搅拌均匀,在muffin 盘上先垫保鲜膜,再放一层米饭🍚,压实,一定要压实,不然米饭会塌

4. 再把肥牛等所有备好的食材依次排在米饭上,最后撒上白芝麻

**新鲜煮出来的米饭粘性会更高,我用的冷饭就压了很久,或者煮饭时加点糯米也可以增加粘性
七色凉拌挞
这个在李锦记酱料众测报告里提过的七色凉拌挞,因缘际会用烤过的云吞皮当容器,结果发现异常好用 + 非常好吃

食材: 各色杂蔬,我用了玉米、青豆、红萝卜、土豆、豆腐、西葫芦、香菇
步骤:
1. 云吞皮塞进muffin盘,均匀扫一层油,300度入烤箱烤不超过10分钟
2. 烤云吞皮同时焯熟所有杂蔬,捞起后沥干水,下香油和蚝油搅拌均匀
3. 把拌好的杂蔬舀到烤好的云吞皮碗里,好了~
!!强烈安利烤云吞皮,切几刀拿去烤一会就可以当作是tortilla chips蘸guacamole吃了

另一款云吞皮妙用,这个云吞碗因为用了muffin盘的背面来烤,容量更大

食材: 虾仁,生菜,芦笋
步骤
1. 先烤云吞皮,同样云吞皮表面薄刷一层油,入烤箱300度烤10分钟

2. 等待烤云吞皮的同时把虾仁和芦笋焯熟,生菜撕碎待用

3. 云吞皮烤好后,把所有食材都铺上,再挤上沙拉酱就完成了
一口两面黄

食材: 面条一个,冷冻玉米青豆一把,泡发香菇,虾仁6个
步骤:
1. muffin盘先抹一层油,细面煮到8成熟捞出,用香油和盐拌匀,夹起适量面条放进muffin pan,压实,300度烤10-15分钟

2. 虾仁香菇切小粒,热锅冷油,下所有食材翻炒,下盐、蚝油调味后加水淀粉翻炒均匀
3. 面条烤好稍放凉后取出,浇上做好的翡翠虾仁浇头

中年少女必备的养生corn bread
我对corn bread真是又爱又恨,爱它的纤维量,恨它又硬又干,试了很多次终于找到比较不干的配比,再加上听起来就很健康的黑芝麻黑豆粉和红枣碎,立马觉得自己是养生小能手~

食材: 面粉5/8杯,玉米面1/4杯,椰子粉1/4杯,黑芝麻黑豆粉各tbsp,泡打粉1tsp,糖1/8杯,鸡蛋1个,植物油1/8杯,牛奶半杯,红枣若干,盐一小撮(6个muffin的分量)
步骤:
1. 先用一个盘子混合所有干粉
2. 取另一个盘子,下鸡蛋、糖、植物油、牛奶搅拌均匀
3. 干粉加入步骤2的湿糊中,搅拌均匀,把面糊倒入muffin 盘,撕碎红枣撒在面糊表面
4. 400度烤15-18分钟
更fancy更养生一点可以把桂圆干加到热牛奶里泡出甜味,在面糊里再加入桂圆碎和桂花,听起来就更补气又补血了~
