这道菜一直想做,但是懒癌发作,一直到昨天晚上感觉我的酥皮在不做就要坏掉了,才去买了材料😂
没想到做完以后,我老公说这是我做的所有菜里的前三名,还给他妈妈打视频电话,一定要给她看(服了这个妈宝了)
家里的料理机刀片竟然不见了😂,穷困潦倒的我用了手持的那种,最近要买的东西很多,但是想到年底可能又要搬家,所以还是等弄再买吧。

用料
酥皮 两张
培根 一包
牛肉 一块
白蘑菇 一盒
欧芹 一小把
百里香 一把
黑胡椒
白葡萄酒 一杯
盐 少许
红葱头 一个
黄油 一块
鸡蛋 一个

牛肉,可以取好一点的部位,我这块就是超市随便买的,撒上黑胡椒,每个面都要撒

放一点橄榄油,我手抖,放的有点多,中火煎,每一面都要煎,耐心一点,每一面都要烤好,大概5-8分钟,不用烤熟哦

烤牛肉的锅子里加上黄油,慢慢融化

先加入蘑菇炒熟,变色

加入其他切碎的东西,然后加入一杯白葡萄酒,不停的翻炒,等到葡萄就基本挥发完了,就可以了。
不要加太多,不然你炒半天都不会干

有料理机的放进料机里打碎,我用的手持的那种

培根铺好,把刚才打碎的料子铺上去

然后用牛肉放中间,用培根裹起来

酥皮铺好,然后再用酥皮包裹住培根牛肉

我的牛肉太大了,酥皮裹的有点吃力,下次弄小一点

一个蛋,打散以后,刷在酥皮的表面

放入烤箱,180度,25分钟,牛排小的15分钟就可以了。然后转120度,再烤10分钟。一直到表皮金黄就可以。记得不时的看一下。
拿出来以后,让牛肉休息10分钟,不然会汁水横流。

休息好就可以切了,中间还是粉嫩的五成熟,超美
