每年三月中到四月是樱花开的最美的时候,想象下樱花铺天满地的美景,一片粉红色海洋,真的美到令人窒息。既然是浪漫之季,那就干脆在家做几道樱花曲奇吧!前年有做过樱花玄饼和慕斯蛋糕,今年试试做粉粉嫩嫩的樱花曲奇,也是很应景是吧哈哈O(∩_∩)O
食材:
糖粉20g、低筋面粉160g、黄油115g、鸡蛋一只、奶粉10g、盐渍樱花适量
模具:
曲奇塑形模具(可选)、刮刀、电动打蛋器
准备工作:
- 将盐渍樱花放入温水中浸泡15分钟,中途换两次水,冲干净盐,倒掉多余的水分,放在餐巾纸上控水晾干备用

- 从冰箱拿出黄油,回温至少1.5小时,让它软化。测试是否软化的方法也很简单,用手指轻轻按压黄油,如果可以轻松的压出痕迹即代表可以使用,如果中间还是硬硬的还不可以用哦

用打蛋器弄散黄油,筛入糖粉

打一颗鸡蛋倒入黄油里

用电动打蛋器打散鸡蛋并搅拌均匀,让蛋液和黄油融合在一起

筛入低粉和奶粉,用刮刀拌至无干粉即可

按压一下确定完全混合

将油纸铺在曲奇塑形模具固定好,面团放到油纸中,用手一边按压一边塑形。如果没有塑形器的话只能能用手了。可以用保鲜盒制作一个纸模具,虽然没有很完美,但至少这样做出来的高度和宽度都比直接用手捏的要好看些

包好并用保鲜膜包裹放在冰箱冷藏至少4小时

准备好油纸铺在烤盘上给曲奇切块,大约每块切成5mm的厚度,然后把樱花按上去,调整好形状,每块曲奇留点空隙排放好

预热烤箱10分钟,上下火华摄度320烤20分钟,每个家庭的烤箱都不一样,这个时间仅供参考,大家可以根据自己的烤箱脾性和曲奇厚度增减时间。如果没熟的曲奇吃起来中间会软软的,证明水分没完全烘干
