夏日即将过去,早晚微凉,但中午还是燥热,大鱼大肉吃着腻,不如多吃点海鲜吧!大虾肥润,白贝鲜美,买回来只用一锅水,煮好面条的开水直接用来汆烫海鲜,加上水果白灼凉拌,简简单单就可以做一盘好吃的海鲜拌意面,海鲜铺上去看着还是很豪华的,满满一层,陪着意面特有的柔韧劲儿,更有口感。但要注意海鲜宜精不宜多,我只选了大虾、白贝、墨鱼仔,和几颗海虹,足够提鲜,又不会互相抢味。

👩🍳 食材
老虎虾6-8只 鱿鱼仔4条 鲜贝8-10个 海虹6
白洋葱切成小丁2-3匙 大蒜2-3瓣 西红柿1个
芒果半颗 九层塔1颗 青柠檬半颗
黑胡椒适量 红酒醋3🥄 海盐适量 橄榄油4匙

做法
1️⃣制作莎莎酱:
将食材切小丁完全搅拌混合,洒上橄榄油、红酒醋、黑胡椒和海盐搅拌均匀放入冰箱静置10分钟。
❤️Tips: 辛辣材料尽量切小,以降低辣度。冷藏让莎莎酱味道更好。

2️⃣ 将意面放在滾水中煮8-10分钟分钟煮熟后捞起,稍微淋一些初榨橄榄油拌均勻后备用。
❤️Tips: 煮面时水里记得加盐,面才会更有味道。

3️⃣ 处理海鲜:大虾去开背去虾线,鱿鱼卷去皮切块

4️⃣ 用煮面剩下的水中加入柠檬汁,再放入海鮮汆到熟。这样可以去腥气
❤️Tips: 燙好海鲜泡冰水、口感更爽脆。

4️⃣ 将意面、海鲜和莎莎酱拌勻,先摆上意面,在面上加莎莎酱料,最后铺上一层海鲜即可享用啦✅!

大家也可以换成手擀面、荞麦面或者乌冬面,风味都会不一样哦。最后每根面条都吸附上满满的酱汁,咸甜适口,风味浓郁。太适合夏天吃了。

做法

美国产小青椒(皮薄不辣)350克(原谅我忘记英文名字叫什么)
榨菜半个 肉末50克
做法
炸菜切丝泡水洗5-6遍,沥干水分。热锅加油,放入葱花和肉末,加一小匙生抽,和五香粉炒香,放入榨菜丝大火炒至变色,加适量鸡粉盛出备用。
热锅加油,放入蒜末爆香,加入小青椒翻炒几下盖上锅盖,变软后翻面煎成金黄虎皮色,出锅前加入榨菜肉末搅拌均匀,好吃下饭的榨菜肉末油焖尖椒就做好了,超级下饭。
