紅醬海鮮起士意麵
最近特殊期間待在家裡,主要都在消耗屯糧或網購食材,意麵也煮得更多了!意麵一包一包購買,儲存時間長也不佔冰箱容量。更重要的是各大超市都買得到,美系超市更是巨多選擇,如果米飯一直捕貨不到,改吃whole grain的意麵也更健康養生。這篇介紹紅醬海鮮起士意麵作法

另外提供白酒鮮蝦蘆筍意麵的食譜,點以下圖片收看
食材
1.意麵:我這次使用到是whole wheat pasta, fiber含量高更健康
2. 冷凍海鮮:有小干貝、花枝圈、跟蝦
3. 小番茄一盒
4. 洋蔥1/4顆
5. Cheddar cheese切達起士一片
6. 意式香料粉Italian seasoning
7. 黑胡椒粉
8. 九層塔/巴西里葉/Basil
9. 蒜粒
10. Organic Broccoli 1/2包

做法
1. 先把Broccoli洗淨燙熟備用,海鮮先解凍並灑上鹽巴, 黑胡椒粉, Italian Seasoning在旁醃製備用

2. 爐子上熱一鍋水,等水滾以後加入意麵跟鹽巴(鹽巴加的量就是平常煮湯要加鹽的量)
3. 另一鍋倒入一些橄欖油與切小塊的蒜粒煸香,接著放入洋蔥粒炒軟以後,加入小番茄翻炒(小番茄記得一定要先切塊或切一刀,讓後續出汁更容易)

4. 撒上Italian Seasoning與黑胡椒粉, 等小番茄出汁完畢(出現紅湯),放入剛才抓醃過的海鮮翻炒

5. 等海鮮炒熟以後,海鮮的鮮味已經進入湯之內,可以先撈起備用避免炒老
6. 接著放入煮好的意麵入紅醬翻炒,可以加入一勺煮麵水讓醬收汁

7. 接著加入剛才燙好的Broccoli與Basil翻炒增添風味
8. 起鍋前加入一片cheddar cheese與剛才炒好的海鮮後關火,用餘溫讓cheese融化並讓麵條更收汁

接著就可以擺盤起鍋開吃!營養又好吃的紅醬起士麵熱騰騰上桌,凹一下擺盤分分鐘大菜感上桌。
