面包🍞终结者又来了,我在这烘焙路上一直跌跌撞撞,永不言败。💪🏻终于吃上了又柔软,又容易做的面包了!简直要感动到哭了😭!!!10个辫子面包出炉,第一次9秒9扫清光,最难得是连豆豆大人都吃了好几个,太感动了!!!
这次是我第一次接触中种,虽然我不太理解实际意思,反正跟着做就是了。🤣🤣把第一部分材料混合冷藏过夜,第二天结合第二部分材料。下面我们开始吧❤
材料A
高粉 350g (我用了普通面粉)
全蛋 80g
酵母 5g
牛奶 140ml
材料A 混合成团,然后放冰箱冷藏过夜。
材料B
高粉 150g (同样是普通面粉)
淡奶油 110g
白砂糖 85g
第二天将材料A撕小块,然后与材料B一起放厨师机或者面包机,揉至出膜。

面团出膜后,排气,醒面15分钟。

①把面团压扁,尽量压薄。

②将面团卷起来。

之后,我怕现在温度发酵不够,我就在烤箱放了一盘热水,预热了一下,营造一个相对适合发酵的环境。

大概40分钟,我的面团就变成了白白胖胖的小胖墩了,好可爱哦!❤

材料:黑芝麻粉,牛油块,糖
因为是自己乱创意,所以没分量。我先用小火把芝麻粉炒香,然后慢慢添加牛油,加到觉得刚好全部包裹芝麻粉就好了,然后下糖调味。

就是在杆薄了面条的时候,加进去。我只加中间位置,一怕太甜,二怕爆浆。
之后方法就是一样的了。
