先用数据说话:一份饼综合下来不到230Cal,而且还有部分是高纤热量,玉米面的高热量人体较难吸收,更好地减脂👍。

做鱼从钓鱼开始,而我做一份饼从摘菜开始😁。家里之前用厨余菜根种下的青菜🥬蓬勃发展,如今都多到可以入菜了,长势喜人。无公害,纯天然,趁着露水择下青菜尖尖,真是娇嫩滴翠啊😍。

食材:
面饼材料:
有机玉米面 1cup
中粉 1 cup
水适量(这个不好量,一点点加水,边加边搅)
馅儿料:
番茄一颗
青菜嫩尖一大捧
洋葱半颗
牛肉糜380克左右
小米椒一把
香菜一小把
调料:
生抽一勺
米酒一勺
姜粉、十三香、白胡椒粉少许
盐糖适量

过程:
1、先和面。玉米面和白面充分拌匀,一点点加水起絮直到看不见明显干粉,揉成较软的面团,但也不能太湿。醒面20-25分钟。
2、做馅料:
🥬番茄、青菜叶、洋葱都切碎,香菜也切碎备用。
🥬小火加热铸铁锅,锅热加油,煸香洋葱,加入蕃茄稍微翻炒,再加入香菜碎翻炒片刻加盐即盛出。

🥬另起油锅,煸炒牛肉糜断生,加入香菜碎、小米辣圈,并加入香料煸炒均匀,加入一勺生抽、米酒,盐糖,盛出备用。

3、面醒好,分剂,我分了八份。撒粉擀圆,这种面团特别絮,一压就扁了。也别擀太薄容易发硬。小火加热扁平锅,抹一层薄薄的油,随擀随烙。一面煎黄翻面,到饼鼓起,两面烙熟即可。

开吃啦:牛肉末盘、青菜叶盘、调味菜盘和面饼盘,四盘上桌。取一片面饼,加一勺牛肉、一勺调味菜,再摆上几片菜叶,卷起下口。酥香爽口,味美多汁。超有仪式感诶!

这款卷饼不仅是味道好,多吃心理负担也不大,关键是高纤低脂。玉米面和牛肉其实热量不小的,很能补充能量。但是都属于纤维较粗,含量很高的,反而不容易转化为脂肪。牛肉适合蓄积肌肉,而玉米面容易饱腹却不易吸收转化。因此,多吃粗粮,适量摄入牛肉是不影响保持体型滴😁👍。
