最近大家都在海淘,也跟风淘了点吃的,这次海运了100根火腿肠,最近是各种吃,炒着吃,烤着吃,小娃们吃的也不亦乐乎,怎么能少的了小朋友最喜欢的肠仔包呢,之前做过蒸的菠菜肠仔包,也是用的火腿肠。这次做了这个加了肉松的面包版本的肠仔包,用了最近经常做的二奶面包方子来做这个肠仔包,跟做吐司比,糖的含量减少了很多,只有8%的用量。这个肠仔包整形简单,操作容易,怎能不爱呢,快来做吧,show一下你的作品

高筋面粉,酸奶,奶油奶酪、糖,牛奶,鸡蛋混合均匀冷藏一夜,第二天拿出来揪成小块,加入融化于水的酵母开始一次揉面程序

35摄氏度二次发酵50分钟,刷蛋液,撒上黑芝麻

175摄氏度烤20-25分钟,注意上色情况,可以加盖锡纸
