2024年1月2号晚上从克利夫兰回来,觉得体重和身材到达最差的时候,于是决定开始改变,比起激烈的有氧运动完克制不住的暴饮暴食,今年我选择无氧运动作为主要的运动方式,强化核心+塑形训练。

第一次练普拉提,30%都没有做下来,整个人抖成了筛子,身体素质非常非常差

去classpass上了第一节无器械普拉提后,在家里试着找适合新手的视频开始练(很推荐范李猿的给新手,非常容易坚持下来)

练了半个月之后,继续开始去上有器械的普拉提课,这次感觉能艰难的坚持下来了(90%+)

随着核心开始逐渐变强,开始接触进阶型的普拉提课程,找到了b站最喜欢也最有挑战性的老师Taylor from Equinox!

核心越来越强,在有器械普拉提的课程上可以挑战更challenging的动作和配重,被老师夸夸

被朋友带去练spenga,spin+strength+yoga,目前打算是每周一次,和普拉提穿插进行

第二次课,从76进步到95,且整个人感觉非常好,身体没有特别疲劳的感觉

goal也被提高啦~下次去就要更高强度的运动了!

尝试bodypump的第一次,在核心已经得到很多强化的时候,想开始训练一下身体其他地方的线条,胸、背、手臂和腿,这个课非常合适
