我在Facebook上发布招租信息，结果Facebook marketplace说我不合格，不予发布。你们遇到过这样的情况吗？那么多人发布招租信息，怎么就我的不可以？求助

Move-in ready!I am renting 1 bedrooms in my new condo in Maitland.  The rooms is available .The condo is very clean, has an updated kitchen and bathrooms, and is freshly painted.  The condo is in the Visconti community which is gated.  The community is 2 minutes drive to I-4,13 minutes to downtown Orlando, 30 minutes to UCF, and 28 minutes to the airport.  The room is upstairs and carpeted.  The room has walk -in closetand will share a full bathroom also upstairs.  The Room is spacious with plenty of light.  A washer and dryer are also on the third floor.   The 

 bedroom rent for $850 month .You will sign a year lease with the Homeowner Association and pay the Homeowner Association for a required background check.  The background check fee is non-refundable. A month rental deposit is also required.  After you move in if the room later needs repairs or cleaning those fees will come from the deposit. If no repairs or cleaning are needed when you move out your deposit will be refunded.

The second floor includes the shared spaces - kitchen and living room.  The ground floor contains two garage spaces plus the entryway.

No partiers, no felons, no heavy alcohol drinkers, no smokers or vapers, no drug users.  No drama and no surprises.  A single person only.  You should have a steady full-time job or be a full-time student.  I am a very clean person and want the condo to stay clean.  You and your guests will be expected to remove your shoes at the entrance to the second floor.

In the community, you will have access to a large well-equipped gym, two pools, a clubhouse, a basketball court and a Tennis court and a large pond.  The community is beautiful and well-maintained.  Most importantly, we have security 24/7 and you should be able to enjoy a safe and peaceful life.
