The dark & oily CT Shade Broadleaf gives a powerful and typical Maduro taste at first puff. The Dominic Republic binder and filler blend give an earthy and nutty taste on plate and a hint of sweetness at finish. Overall, it not my type of maduro cigar; but, I'll still finish it to show my respect to the hand-roller.

The dark & oily CT Shade Broadleaf gives a powerful taste like Macanudo Maduro at first puff. Woody, coffee, and subtle spicy flavour make it an unique maduro. Some smokers review that it has sweet, long and creamy finish. All I tasted is just the powerful maduro. The size is good for after work and after meal.

Very nutty, and powerful taste. Unlike the normal maduro, this has a very smooth flavor profile. Long sweet finished which makes it a very unique maduro. According to JR Cigars, this deceptively smooth cigar slowly creeps up on you and makes you weak in the knees. I will figure out later.

Very sweet creamy, nut, and earthy taste. According to JR cigars review, it should be a medium to full-bodied. However, I tasted a medium or even light flavor. Nat Sherman is a very historical cigar vendor; probably, I'll try their maduro next time.

Penhaligon's, you know it. I'm only preferred the woody scent as it brings the warm, stoic, and seductive feelings. I've used the wood sage & sea salt by Jo Malone, but it only lasts for 5~6 hours. Endymion does have a hint of sage in the notes, so it's in my bucket list. While the Halfeti is very warm and woody; you can smell bergamot, Tonka beans, cedar wood, sandalwood, and musk. Not not mention other notes. Penhaligon's brings you a scent with texture & complexity; it reminds me when I was in London. A very British affair, because London is always a different city.

Sun-rippen colorado maduro (aka EMS) wrapper gives a robust and dense flavor but has less strength contrast to maduro. The blend of Honduras, Nicaraguan, Dominican Republic creates the finest yet complexity texture.

It is a good cigar to savor everyday and the size is good enough to have a take five.

Château Haut-Bages Libéral 2009

Cinquièmes Cru(Fifth growth) wine from Pauillac. 16 months ageing in oak barrel presenting a dense floral note and gorgeous red-purple color like Château Lynch-Bages. Soft tannins allows a smooth and savory finished. Palate noted a blackcurrant tastes that consistent with Pauillac wines and a little bit of spicy oak background. The wine is good to drink now but further aging will broaden its texture to another peak.

A decanter is a best friend to arouse the inner spirit and presents its texture, notes, and aroma in a bottle of fine wine. Bordeaux glass helps to focus and bring the aromatic smell to your nose while sniffing.

P/S: Decanting a wine requires at least an hour depending on its age. The older the wine, the longer time you need to complete the decanting process.

The one I like the most in Liga series. Maduro wrapper being fermented for 18 months and hand-rolled. The blend presents its complexity but doesn't overcome the maduro. Robust, dense, and dark coffee flavor cigar.

Very strong and tasty blend.

Château Talbot, Quatrièmes Crus Classés. St. Julien产区。尽量买酒龄至少7年或以上, 7年以下建议收藏到至少7年再喝。一瓶好的法红需要醒酒器唤醒它真正的香味。杯子可以选用Bordeaux Gran Cru高脚杯或是 ISO tasting glass. 至于它的tasting note之前已在自己墙上发过, 所以这里就不多说。

p.s: 陆续会有更多Pauillac, Haut-Medoc, Medoc, Bordeaux, St. Emillion等产区的酒。

Medium(-) berry nose, midium(-) tanin, low acidity, short finish and earthy platate. The wine is still young. Should be kept for future aging.

出来旅游怎么能没有祖马龙在身边呢。春假已经来了, 当然是要香香地赚回头率咯。鼠尾草虽然是秋冬的香薰但搭配上英国梨淡淡的果香和甜味, 肯定妹纸的回头率百分之百。香水是最能体现个人品位和第一印象的配件。願君这个春假, 帅锅和妹纸的回头率保镖。

平时老是晒威士忌还有雪茄, 今天就来点别的。
MVMT, 美国本土新晋的牌子, 起源于Kickstarter。他家的表真心不错。5ATM防水, 全钢电池驱动机芯, 真皮表带, 重要的是价格亲民。MVMT男表系列主要有Classic, 40 Series, Voyager, Modern Sport和Chrono-45mm. 我选择了Chrono的玫瑰金和棕色表带。拆封的时候被它高贵的包装小小震撼了一下。玫瑰金和棕色一向来都是绝配, 45mm的表盘显得醒目但不粗狂, 不大的表带秀气且衬托出个人品位, 非常适休闲和正式场合。最后一张照片是和伴随我多年的Garmin Fenix2对比, 显得低调秀气。再说, 一个有品位男人不会只有一枚表, 一双皮鞋, 和一套正装。况且, 我总不能穿西装配个Multisport Watch吧。

A.F Hemingway Perfecto. Leathery taste at first, spicy finish and complicated flavor like Patoro.

The Glenlivet. Fuity nose, sweet and aroma body, warm finish.

Ardbeg Uigeadail. Love it or hate it. Smoky and barbecue smoke nose, smooth body, & peaty finish.
