呀呀呀,爱吃零食的我又来了哦!
想必大家在国内时都吃过这个吧,特别是小时候,一根五毛钱,买来拿在手上是吃得小心翼翼,慢慢悠悠的,怕吃完了就没了(暴露年龄了……)
现在身处异乡,怀念想念不如让它实现?!今儿做的是糖霜麻花,想吃蜂蜜的随后也会说下简单步骤。材料很简单,多点少些都没多大影响。下面开始吧!!!(全程无p图,所以大家可以更好的比对实行了)

1:准备材料:中筋面粉300g(用普通面粉,低筋面粉或者高筋面粉都行),鸡蛋3个,白糖50g,食用油2大勺(花生油,猪油,植物油都行,量可以酌情增减),芝麻适量。

2:和面。将鸡蛋,白砂糖,食用油一起倒入面粉中,然后开始和面。要把面团揉搓均匀,期间如果面团太干可以加点油,如果太湿可以加点面粉。使得最后面团软硬适中,不粘手就行。把它盖起来在常温下醒发40分钟(看温度而定30-60分钟都可以。怕气温低的妹子可以把烤箱预热一两分钟,然后把盖好的面团放进去醒发)

3:定型。把醒发好的面团剪成大概20份(等会炸好就变大了,所以不用剪太大,这样也好快点炸熟)。在板上搓成长条,然后一边捏一头朝相反方向转,然后对折再来一次。

4:炸麻花。锅里倒入食用油,小火加热,稍微有些热时就该把麻花倒进去,让麻花在油锅里慢慢熟。温度太高的话麻花的外皮焦了,里面等会还没熟,所以低温时倒入,让麻花随油温慢慢炸熟。图一油低温时,图二刚倒入的麻花浮起来,图三麻花将近金黄就可以关火了,图四麻花出锅装盘。

5:制作糖霜。在锅里倒入少量的水,注意要少量。然后加入适量的白糖(多些),慢慢的等糖水冒出气泡加入芝麻,不停搅拌后关火。把炸好的麻花全部倒入,搅拌均匀,尽可能让所有的麻花都沾上糖水。然后筷子夹起装盘。
6:额外篇,蜂蜜麻花。
这个简单,就是把蜂蜜微波炉或锅里加热后,加入芝麻,然后涂在麻花上。等冷却后就很好吃啦!
