前言
根据LJM大师的食物改运法,巧克力能增旺人缘,核桃增长智慧,两食材搭配一起给小孩当零食简直了。

材料
1】无盐黄油:2条(约230克)
2】白砂糖:100克
3】无糖可可粉:90克
4】鸡蛋:一只
5】盐:1.25~1.5克 (用了大妈最爱的粉红岩盐)
6】香草精:5~6滴 (购自ALDI)
7】低筋粉/蛋糕粉:350克 (已包含手残损耗(^_^)
8】核桃仁:50~60克 (手残再减些,嘴馋再加些)(掰成小颗更容易切开)
做法
黄油室温软化,加糖搞匀

弄成方形或圆形(感觉方形更容易切)
保鲜膜包裹放冰柜冷藏两小时(一小时不够硬,手残党易切烂)

时间一到,开切,剩下前前后后的边角料用保鲜膜压扁做成你能做出来的形状😅

烤箱预热,上下火华氏330~340度18~20分钟,根据曲奇厚度(手残程度)和烤箱脾气调整一下。

最后
做到最后,手真的残了,大部分成了厚切,之前做过杏仁片和松子,贪心放多了,边切边碎。希望老大老二老三多吃一些,赢在开学前💪💪💪
