香蕉核桃玛芬蛋糕口感松软可口,小朋友们都非常喜欢,作为早餐或者小点心都很不错,而且制作过程简单方便免打发,还不容易失败。

准备材料:(这个配方可以烤24-28个杯子蛋糕)
香蕉5根、鸡蛋5个、白糖120克、低筋面粉350克、玉米油125克、泡打粉4克、小苏打4克、核桃仁120克
辅料:燕麦片、蔓越莓干适量;

步骤:
1、核桃捣成小块备用;香蕉放入容器中用勺子压成泥,加入白糖搅拌混合均匀;
2、把玉米油和鸡蛋倒入香蕉泥中,用手动搅拌器搅拌均匀;

3、把小苏打和泡打粉加入低筋面粉中,然后一起筛入香蕉泥中,再用手动搅拌器搅拌均匀至无干粉;
4、倒入核桃仁和面糊搅拌均匀;

5、把面糊倒入纸杯蛋糕模具中7-8分满即可,再撒上少许燕麦片和蔓越莓干;

6、烤箱预热至355华氏度,放中间层烤20分钟即可;

香蕉核桃蛋糕🍰第二种配方;

准备材料:
香蕉2根、鸡蛋2个、玉米油50克、白糖45克、低筋面粉150克、泡打粉2克、小苏打2克、核桃60克、杏仁片适量;
步骤:
1、核桃掰成小块备用;
2、香蕉放入容器中加入白糖,用勺子捣成泥搅拌均匀;
3、把玉米油和鸡蛋倒入香蕉泥中,用手动搅拌器搅拌均匀;
4、筛入低筋面粉和小苏打、泡打粉,用手动搅拌器把面糊搅拌均匀,倒入3/4核桃碎和面糊搅拌均匀(留1/4摆在面糊上作装饰)
5、模具中刷一层油或者铺上油纸,倒入搅拌好的面糊,在面糊上面撒上剩下的核桃碎和适量杏仁片;
6、烤箱预热335华氏度放中间层烤35-40分钟即可;
