本来只打算包普通的肉粽的,家属说包点干贝吧,加点虾干吧,又拿出了虾干,🉐️于是就有了这超豪华的海鲜肉粽了

虾干,蟹肉(真蟹肉,螃蟹🦀️蒸熟挖出来的肉肉),干贝,香菇,猪肉,鸡肉,糯米,花生🥜,粽叶,棉线,剪刀✂️
调味品🧂
盐🧂,白胡椒,八角几粒,五香粉,生抽老抽,麻油香油
步骤分享
1⃣️提前一晚准备,糯米加水放入冰箱隔夜,鸡肉猪肉洗净切小块加入调味品腌制冰箱冷藏过夜,干香菇洗净加水浸泡放冰箱冷藏,花生🥜加水浸泡冰箱冷藏过夜,干粽叶加水浸泡(如果有买到新鲜的就可以省略这部)

2⃣️洗粽叶,剪粽叶的底部,粽叶入开水中煮十分钟消毒
3⃣️香菇取出切丁,泡香菇的水不要倒
⚠️炒过的肉跟米会更加香甜哦

4⃣️热锅冷油下腌好的肉跟香菇丁翻炒,加入泡香菇的水,稍微炒会捞出备用,八角挑出不要

5⃣️锅中剩下的汁炒糯米,可稍微加点调味品,稍微翻炒至糯米吸收汤汁就好
6⃣️虾干洗净切丁,干贝洗净

7⃣️ 取一片宽大的粽叶,卷成一个圆锥状。然后用手在圆锥筒中旋转一下,让锥筒更加细长。紧接着在锥筒中填入糯米一勺糯米,用筷子🥢插紧实,加入肉,花生🥜,干贝,虾干,蟹肉,在加入糯米压实,在没有米的那一端,将粽叶的两侧分别向内折,顺势将粽叶向下折,直到完全盖住糯米口为止,多余的粽叶反复折收在口上,最后用线绳将粽子捆绑结实即可
我包的是锥形牛角粽,感觉这种包法比较好包,一片叶子🍃就可以包一个
粽香、肉香、海鲜香、糯米香、香菇香,果然,真的好吃的停不下来😋
