其中根据预测,盐湖城在2022年将会是房地产超热门的城市!盐湖城位于该州的北部,靠近全国超好的滑雪地点、徒步旅行、钓鱼和山地自行车等等户外运动都非常方便。从新冠开始以来,远程工作促使大量来自加州和科罗拉多州的居民涌入。犹他州的莱希市因其蓬勃发展的科技产业而被称为 "Silicon Slopes",距离盐湖仅25英里,是SanDisk、Adobe和eBay所在地。
