如图, 在2022年购买了他家洗衣液等产品都晓得他家去年年底recall了, 11月份我在官网上买了他家的产品,12月的时候我收到了他家通知邮件发现产品出了问题提醒之后在12月底等收到了邮件要求我拍照发给他们,然后前几天收到2023年一月份我看到的邮件,说他们有指定的产品编号才能recall拿到refund。

• Products with lot codes that begin with the letter H and the last four digits are numbered 2262 or less
• Products with lot codes that begin with the letter T and the last four digits are numbered 5264 or less
If your product does not start with a letter it is not included in the voluntary recall.
