这是我们在附近的Little Free Library里发现的一本故事书。虽然说是给8-12岁孩子的读物，但既然是宝宝自己选的书（🐶），我们就拿回来了。
这是一本讲一个刚5年纪毕业的小男孩，在暑假期间帮着姥爷一起照顾训练pointing dog的故事。
开始读后慢慢意识到这是本超出我预料的好看的书。作者用词简单，文笔流畅，自然而然的，故事就这么发生着了。
它的寓意在于展现给读者一个小男孩，如何在面临自己最爱的狗狗时，从不理解怨恨，到克制自己，依然做出“对”的选择，做一个诚实且言出必行的人。
。。。孩子的读物总是这样的纯粹简单，却也让大人感触颇深。
