写在前面
昨天泡了太多的糯米,今天打起精神打算消耗掉,甜口的八宝饭不想再做了,换成咸口的糯米烧卖吧!
糯米烧卖美食大神们几乎都做过,村儿这次第一次尝试,也借鉴了各位厨神的攻略,最终做出来还是很有成就感的,话不多说一起往下看吧!

准备的食材:
💡提前一天准备:
糯米洗净后,放入冰箱,在清水里浸泡一晚上。
💡提前一小时准备:
清洗香菇后,泡发香菇。

一包饺子皮(50片装),8朵香菇,一小块五花肉,2根腊肠,半包冷冻蔬菜,糯米2cups。
准备了现成的饺子皮来包烧卖:

准备的酱料:

料酒,生抽,盐,糖,白胡椒粉
准备工作:
1. 将糯米洗净,放入口径较大的盘子里,加入略微没过米的清水,冷水下锅蒸30分钟;

2. 在蒸糯米的30分钟内,迅速将五花肉切丁,加入生抽,料酒,糖和盐腌制;

3. 将腊肠和香菇切成丁;

4. 锅内加油烧热,倒入五花肉丁,翻炒一两分钟后拿出;接着加入腊肠,腊肠翻炒一阵子后开始出油,这时可以加入香菇丁,让其吸掉一部分油脂,最后加入冷冻蔬菜翻炒;
接着加入盐,糖,生抽,料酒以及白胡椒,根据自己的口味斟酌,最后加入热水没过食材,开小火炖煮2分钟;

5. 取出蒸好的糯米;

6. 倒入食材锅中,翻炒,不一会儿糯米就吸收了汤汁,翻炒一下让颜色均匀;

7. 糯米内陷部分完成,盛出后准备开始包烧卖:取一张饺子皮,舀一勺糯米馅在中央,之后用虎口握紧开口处(一定要压紧哦!);

8. 因为内陷是熟的,上锅蒸7分钟就可以啦!

出锅咯!可以看出村儿包的烧卖有的地方没压紧,蒸汽上来后就很容易开裂,下次要多多注意🙈🙈!

💡友情提示:
1. 糯米提前一天浸泡;
2. 香菇提前1小时浸泡;
3. 饺子皮不是很容易被压紧,有时间的话还是建议自己做烧卖皮哦;
4. 吃不完的烧卖记得包好后,不要蒸熟,直接放入冷冻库冻起来,下次想吃的时候再拿出来蒸熟就可以啦!
