第一種，有玉米的玉米餅
食材（以及沒有被拍到的玉米粒）
中筋粉，粗玉米麵，白脱牛奶，植物油（對，植物油，只是被裝在了橄欖油的瓶子裡面），酵母，糖，雞蛋，玉米（有的，他在，只是忘記拍了）。
中筋麵粉150g，粗玉米麺90g，糖25g，酵母3g，雞蛋2顆，185g白脱牛奶，50g油。
攪拌均勻後蓋上保鮮膜或合適的鍋蓋，發酵2小時。
玉米粒，備用。
兩小時後拌入玉米，繼續發酵20分鐘。
烤盤四周薄薄刷上一層油，方便脫模。
烤箱預熱到350度烤30分鐘，如果想要避免裂痕，可以先蓋錫紙350度烤25分鐘，再去掉錫紙烤10分鐘。
Voulà！
一定要靜置15分鐘以上再切！不然就會像我一樣，切散了。
第二種，沒有玉米的玉米餅
食材（➕木有出鏡的酵母）
粗玉米麵，糖，白脱牛奶，鹽，雞蛋，中筋麵粉，融化的黃油，沒有出鏡的酵母。
300g粗玉米麵，180g麵粉，70g糖，15g酵母，5g鹽，470g白脱牛奶，65g融化的黃油，一顆雞蛋，全部倒入攪拌盆裡攪拌均勻。
烤盤四周塗上黃油，方便脫模。
烤箱預熱425度，烤28分鐘。
Voilà！
放涼切開。
