先调个蔓越莓酱汁
For the Cranberry Vinaigrette
1 lemon juiced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 cup cranberry sauce 罐头或自己制作也很简单哟
1/4 cup olive oil
black pepper to taste
再来烤各种食材
For the Salad
1/2 loaf sourdough bread cubed (or cranberry walnut bread for more savory taste)
12 ounces Brussels sprouts peeled and halved
1/2 butternut squash (or sweet potato) cubed
1 medium red onion sliced
8 ounces mozzarella
6 sprigs thyme
8 sage leaves or some other fresh Italian herbs
4 tablespoons olive oil divided, across bread, Brussels, and squash
kosher salt
black pepper
烤箱预热375F,烤面包块,约15min。然后上到上到425F,烤蔬菜,蔬菜分别装烤盘,洋葱丝可以撒在上面一起烤但要注意翻动 因为丝很细容易烤焦。约15-20分钟或至金黄。
摆盘:所有烤好的蔬菜放入一个大碗,倒入调好的酱汁,将mozzarella切小块,然后就是toss toss toss 拌匀!上桌!趁热吃哦
