黑五入了一个一直想买的Cucino pro crepe maker,
由于这段时间天天看君君推送，买买买，晒货都来不及，也没太多心思做美食，周末想想拖出刚买的crepe maker 给家人做了顿Crepe brunch. 一共做了
五种口味 （自己原创）
Holiday season is coming! 买了这神器轻松搞定holiday party dessert. 弄个crepe bar 让大家自己选topping是不是很有意思呢？或者来个下午茶或是bachelorette party.高逼格party sweets 任性做。

Cucino pro crepe maker
1.加热快
2.nonstick heating surface easy to clean
3.内附木制batter spreader 好用，薄饼必备
4.五档泛温度调节
?Crepe 做法?
以上所有crepe我用了这个crepe maker 里recipe做为basic然后再改动变成不同味道crepe
Basic crepe batter
4 large eggs
1 1/2C milk
1 1/2C flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons butter for basting the crepe maker
Mix all the ingredients and strain twice let sit for 15 minuets until no bubble（做出smooth crepe 关键）
1.泰式Salmon crepe
Mix smoked Salmon +fresh Thai basil+Pantai brand sweat and spicy sauce
Then put into crepe roll and enjoy!?
2.Ranch chaddar with shrimp and broccoli crepe

3.BBQ pineapple pulled pork crepe
Mix Jack Daniel's pulled BBQ pork and canned pineapple put into crepe roll and enjoy!?
4.fruit and cream crepe
Whip heavy cream first , Spread into crepe add any fruit you like?
5. 提拉米苏千层
Mix cognac 酒少许+Mascarpone cheese +少许whipping cream together until smooth
Crepe 皮--basic crepe batter中加些Starbucks instant coffee powder
用一层crepe一层mascarpone cheese一层加一层，入冰箱冷藏室至少30分钟，切块
